The piece Reproducciones is the combination of Observatorio, created by the architect duo FONDA (Cristobal Martinez and Nicolas Aracena) and a video loop by video artist Juan Saez. While the video represents the sexual reproduction of fungi through the life cycle of an Amanita muscaria, the fragmentation and repetition of the image generated by Observatorio is related to the species’ asexual reproduction.
